CEO's LETTER TO STAFF

Dear Sippar Company For Oil Services Ltd team,


I am writing to you today to express my appreciation for your commitment to ethical and honest business practices. I am proud to lead a team of professionals who share my values of integrity, respect, professionalism, and adherence to ethical guidelines.


As a team, we know that our success depends on our business goals and how we achieve them. This is why I want to emphasize the importance of our Code of Conduct, which outlines our commitment to conducting business with integrity and respect. The Code covers business ethics, corruption, quality, health and safety, environment, conflict of interest, whistleblowing, confidentiality, disclosure, transparency, and fair and accurate dealings.


As Sippar Company For Oil Services Limited's CEO, I expect all managers to provide the necessary tools and leadership to help employees adhere to these guidelines. As a Sippar Company For Oil Services Limited employee, I trust that you will uphold these principles and contribute to our collective success.
