GM LETTER TO STAFF

Dear Sippar Oil Services Ltd team,


I am writing to you today to express my appreciation for the commitment that each and every one of you has shown toward ethical and honest business practices. I am proud to lead a team of professionals who share the same values of integrity, respect, professionalism, and adherence to ethical guidelines.


As a team, we know that our success depends not only on our business goals but also on how we achieve them. This is why I want to emphasize the importance of our Code of Conduct, which outlines our commitment to conducting business with integrity and respect. The Code covers a range of topics including business ethics, corruption, quality, health and safety, environment, conflict of interest, whistleblowing, confidentiality, disclosure, transparency, and fair and accurate dealings.


As Sippar Oil Services Ltd's GM, I expect all managers to provide the necessary tools and leadership to help employees adhere to these guidelines. As employees of Sippar Oil Services Ltd, I trust that each of you will uphold these principles and contribute to our collective success.


It is important that we all share the responsibility of making ethical conduct a vital part of our culture and daily business activities. If you have any concerns or questions about the Code of Conduct, please do not hesitate to reach out for guidance. Our Code provides various methods for reporting unethical conduct, including our Ethics Hotline (Ethics@sipoil.com), and I want to assure you that the company will not tolerate any threats or acts of retaliation against employees who report unethical or illegal conduct.
